Alarm.com is seeking a National Accounts & Strategic Channel Sales Manager. This role involves driving business development and strengthening strategic partnerships within the enterprise security market. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales expertise, partnership management, and technical acumen to expand national account relationships and deliver innovative security solutions. A key focus will be fostering relationships with camera manufacturers.
Role involves:
Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with national account partners, distributors, and camera manufacturers.
Collaborating with camera manufacturers to unlock new sales channels.
Providing training and ongoing support to partners' sales teams.
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on partnership performance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in national or enterprise-level sales.
Proven experience in business development, sales, and partnership management.
Experience working with camera manufacturers, security system integrators, or video management software providers is highly desirable.
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
Technical acumen and the ability to understand and communicate complex security solutions.
Strong analytical skills to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Ability to meet heavy travel demands – approximate travel is 50-75%.
