Job Description

Pure Storage is seeking a Member of Technical Staff (Storage/Systems) to join their FlashBlade BU in Bangalore. This role offers the opportunity to be a key member of a growing product team focused on building a scale-out all-flash file and object store. The ideal candidate will be passionate about understanding how modern applications work with data and improving their performance.

The role involves designing and implementing new algorithms and technologies for high-performance, reliable systems. The candidate will analyze and solve challenging problems, engage with stakeholders across various teams, and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing creative algorithms and technologies.

Requirements include:

  • Developer-level Linux platform experience.
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python, Java, Go, or other languages.

  • Three (3) + years of experience.
  • Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and concurrent programming.
  • Excellent communication skills.
