Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking an Account Executive to sell to customers in Southern California. The Account Executive will coordinate the strategy and relationship between accounts and Pure Storage. They will be responsible for team-selling efforts with teammates and strategic partners to close business. The ideal candidate will currently be selling and living in San Diego, CA.

Role involves:
  • Evangelizing all-flash enterprise storage technology and data solutions.
  • Building relationships with customers to establish Pure’s value.
  • Leading pursuit teams and developing account plans.
  • Driving and managing a pipeline of sales activity.

Requirements:
  • Authenticity and a genuine desire to engage customers.
  • Thought leadership, creativity and a Challenger Mindset.
  • Proven prospecting skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to assess, plan, and actively manage a territory.
  • Expertise leading a complex sales process.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota.
  • 8 + years of outside sales experience.
