Job Description
Innovid is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Social Media team in Buenos Aires. The ideal candidate will be passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining core backend systems. This role involves building robust, scalable, and high-performance applications that power critical business operations. The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions within Innovid's developer-centric culture.

Role Involves:
  • Designing and developing Innovid’s products in a multiple technologies, no code ownership environment
  • Designing and developing modules for a high-end product that serves billions of transactions a day
  • Deploying code to production in a continuous manner
  • Being responsible for the well-being of the application in production
  • Working with product managers to define, prioritize and finalize features
  • Carrying out full stack, end to end development

Requirements:
  • +5 years of back-end software development experience in highly dynamic environments
  • Proficiency in Phyton, Java or Go and experience with relevant frameworks and technologies (Flask, FastApi, SQLAlchemy, Celery, Boto3)
  • Advanced English (speaking, reading, writing and listening)
  • A B.Sc. in computer science or a related discipline - Finished or at final years
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior engineers
  • Experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues
  • Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and management (SQL and NoSQL)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
