Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative to create a rewarding member service experience. The representative will be responsible for processing transactions, educating potential members about Oportun’s services, and engaging in outreach efforts. They will also perform light housekeeping duties and use a computer for administrative tasks.
Responsibilities: - Welcome members and provide quality service.
- Process transactions following company policies.
- Inform and educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
- Use a computer for administrative tasks.
Requirements: - Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must be outgoing and sales-focused.
- Must be available to work weekends and have a flexible schedule.
- Must have regular and reliable attendance.
- Must be willing and able to work outdoors.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Basic computer skills.
