Job Description
Oportun is seeking a Bilingual English/Spanish Member Loyalty Representative in San Antonio, TX. The Member Loyalty Representative will focus on creating a rewarding member service experience by listening, helping, and connecting with people in stores and communities. They will educate members about Oportun's financial services and empower them to build a better future.

Role Involves:
  • Welcoming members and providing quality service.
  • Processing transactions and following company policies.
  • Informing potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach efforts.
  • Building relationships with local businesses.
  • Supporting community outreach and marketing events.
  • Maintaining the store's appearance through light housekeeping.

Requirements:
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
  • Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
  • Must love to help members through outreach and educational activities.
  • Must be available to work weekends and be flexible with a rotating work schedule.
  • Must have regular, reliable, and predictable attendance.
  • Must be willing and able to work outdoors year-round.
  • Ability to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment.
  • Ability to organize and file paper documents.
