Job Description
Carta is seeking a Lead, FA Support Team to be based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. This role involves HR-based initiatives such as onboarding, learning and development, and encouraging career growth. The Lead will review team, product, and individual performance metrics to provide recommendations for improvement. They will lead the implementation of strategic initiatives, contribute to product problem-solving, and build effective relationships with cross-functional partners. Carta is building the end-to-end ERP platform for private markets.

The role involves:
