Job Description
Carta is seeking a Senior Field Marketing Manager to join their Demand Generation organization within the Marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving demand, building relationships, and generating pipeline across Carta's customer segments. The Senior Field Marketing Manager will report to the Director of Events and will drive strategy, execute programs management, and analyze performance for optimization.This role involves:
  • Owning regional field marketing strategy for designated U.S. geographies.
  • Partnering with Sales, Business Development (BD), and Product Marketing Management (PMM) to define target audiences.
  • Project managing regional marketing calendars, coordinating plans with internal teams.
  • Building business cases and briefs for event activations.
  • Evaluating the performance of each activation by analyzing registration, attendance, influenced pipeline, won deals, and engagement metrics.
  • Presenting post-event findings and recommendations to Sales, Demand Gen, and GTM stakeholders.
  • Proposing new program ideas based on data, market insights, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Ensuring every regional experience reflects Carta’s mission and brand.
Requirements for this role include:
  • 5–7 years of experience in field marketing, GTM strategy, or sales enablement in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong strategic thinking and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, understand regional priorities, and translate them into actionable marketing plans.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring pipeline contribution, event ROI, and customer engagement outcomes.
  • Fluent in Salesforce and proficient in Marketo, Asana, and Looker.
  • Clear and concise communicator who can influence across Marketing, Sales, and executive stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to major in-market programs or stakeholder meetings (up to ~25%).
