Software Engineer II

Job Description

G-P is seeking a Software Engineer II to join their remote-first team in India. G-P's Global Growth Platform enables clients to expand into over 180 countries. The Software Engineer II will play a key role in designing and developing cloud-enabled products, collaborating with stakeholders, and contributing to the evolution of the SDLC and tech stack.

What this role involves:

• Designing and developing cloud-enabled products.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Advocating for modern agile methodologies and best practices.
• Translating requirements to sprint stories and executing on them.
• Building quick prototypes and turning them into production-quality features.
• Contributing to the evolution of the SDLC and the tech stack.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience developing SaaS enterprise software in distributed teams.
• Experience developing & integrating full-stack web applications using modern frameworks.
• Knowledge in Typescript, React, Node.js, APIs, modern databases.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud architectures and technologies.
• Experience with AWS is a plus.
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is desirable.
• Prior hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and applied machine learning in production environments will be strongly preferred.
