Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Billing Operations Analyst to join their team. This role is remote and based in Mexico City, Mexico. The ideal candidate will be passionate about billing and pricing, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining Revenue Team external customer email.
  • Onboarding customers to Twilio’s internal billing system and Financial ERP system.
  • Gathering and formatting large raw data sets.
  • Participating in month end close activities.
  • Analyzing revenue related balance sheet accounts.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of financial controls.
  • Participating in external and internal audits.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years experience in an Operations role.
  • Strong experience in Billings / Revenue / Order to Cash.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working with large volume transactions.
  • Advanced Excel user.
  • Third level qualification in Accountancy, Finance or a Business related discipline or equivalent experience.
  • E-invoicing experience for Mexico.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Periodic weekend work will also be required for this role.
