Job Description
Twilio is seeking a Product Manager to join their team and drive the growth of Twilio Segment’s Warehouse Products, compliance capabilities, and partner community. This role is crucial for evolving Segment’s warehouse offerings, which enable customers to activate data from their data warehouse into actionable marketing moments. The Product Manager will focus on strengthening Segment’s compliance posture and expanding the Segment partner ecosystem.Responsibilities include:
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product improvements.
  • Researching competitors and industry trends to bring fresh perspectives.
  • Partnering with product managers, engineering, program management, marketing, and support teams to launch new products and features.
  • Taking a hands-on approach to ensure product development stays on track.
  • Bringing a developer-centric, API-first mindset to product development.
  • Exploring new ideas to drive monetization opportunities for mid-market and large enterprise customers.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience with complex technical products, preferably in data platforms or platform software.
  • Comfort with developing programmable interfaces for APIs, SQL, and Schemas.
  • Experience developing solutions for software engineers, data engineers, analysts, and/or scientists.
  • Understanding of the customer data landscape and related regulations and technologies.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Ability to synthesize actionable next steps from ambiguous ideas.
  • Strong collaboration skills with market-facing teams, engineering, and design.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take initiative.
  • Empathy for co-workers and customers.
