Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead talent acquisition efforts in the Americas region. This role involves managing a team of full lifecycle recruiters and serving as the main point of contact for stakeholders and partners in the Americas.

The Senior Manager will be responsible for leading and managing a team of full lifecycle recruiters in the Americas, partnering with senior-level business leaders and HRBPs to understand talent needs, and developing recruiting strategies. The role also involves setting expectations for recruiter responsibilities, measuring team performance, and providing coaching and mentorship.

This position requires strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills, as well as experience in building reports and analyzing recruiting data. The ideal candidate will have a background in talent acquisition, people management, and advising senior-level leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of full lifecycle recruiters in Americas.
• Partner with senior-level business leaders and HRBPs in Americas.
• Develop recruiting strategies and manage implementation of hiring plans.
• Set expectations for recruiter job responsibilities and measure performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Use data to improve candidate experience and increase efficiency.
• Create and send monthly reports to business leaders.
• Enforce operational excellence standards and compliant hiring practices.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a recruiting role.
• 4+ years as a talent acquisition people manager in Americas.
• Experience supporting and advising senior-level leaders.
• Experience building reports and analyzing recruiting data.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada
