Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition

Twilio is seeking a Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting and hiring efforts for all Twilio jobs based in the Americas region. This role involves managing a team of full lifecycle recruiters, partnering with senior-level business leaders and HRBPs, and serving as the focal point for Americas stakeholders and partners.

The Senior Manager will play a crucial role in developing recruiting strategies, managing the implementation of hiring plans, and ensuring operational excellence throughout the recruitment process. They will also be responsible for building strong relationships within the TA organization and across various stakeholders, including TA Ops, Employment Branding, and DEI.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of full lifecycle recruiters in Americas.
• Partner with senior-level business leaders and HRBPs in Americas.
• Develop recruiting strategies and manage the implementation of hiring plans.
• Set expectations about recruiter job responsibilities and measure performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Use data to improve candidate experience, increase efficiency, and reduce cost per hire.
• Enforce operational excellence standards and compliant hiring practices.
• Live the Twilio Magic values and serve as a Twilio brand ambassador.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in a recruiting role.
• 4+ years as a talent acquisition people manager in Americas.
• Experience supporting and advising senior-level leaders in Americas.
• Experience building reports and analyzing recruiting data.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and team-building skills.
• Must be based in Toronto, Canada
