Job Description
GHX is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supervisor for Customer Support to join their team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, focusing on support delivery, product education, and process improvement. This role involves leading a team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering the development of direct reports.Responsibilities:
  • Provide support via phone, email, and on-site for customer escalations and product issues.
  • Monitor quality metrics and implement resolutions for improvement.
  • Create projects and process efficiencies to enhance scalability and customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor team members and refine processes.
  • Oversee customer activity and account health to increase adoption of GHX's recommended practices.
  • Resolve technical problems and coordinate launch schedules.
  • Identify and develop new system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Ability to monitor and evaluate performance using KPIs.
  • Strong customer support and management skills.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Salesforce or relatable CRM tool knowledge.
  • Bachelor's degree OR 2+ years of experience in healthcare and/or supply chain.
  • 4+ years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years in a team-oriented supervisory role.
