Job Description
Prodigal is seeking an Implementation Manager to play a key role in the post-sales process. This role involves owning project delivery, customer onboarding, and driving user adoption. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the technical elements of Prodigal’s applications, project management, attention to detail, and the ability to train and onboard customers and users.

Requirements:
- 2+ years working with North American customers in a customer-facing role
- Experience in a startup or high-growth B2B SaaS environment
- Strong Project Governance
- Advanced English language proficiency
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, APIs, and integration concepts
- Willingness to work US hours (until 4:30 pm US Eastern Time)
