Job Description
IONOS is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to support their leadership teams. This role involves collaboration with various teams within the leading European provider of cloud infrastructure, cloud services, and hosting solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment characterized by open work structures, a casual company culture, and flat hierarchies.

The role involves:
  • Advising and supporting managers in developing and implementing HR measures.
  • Supporting employees throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Developing and implementing HR projects and initiatives.
  • Analyzing and optimizing HR processes and structures.
  • Working closely with other stakeholders, both nationally and internationally, such as recruiting, personnel development, and the legal department.
  • Preparing and analyzing HR data as a basis for decision-making.

Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, psychology, social sciences).
  • Several years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner or in a comparable role.
  • Good knowledge of German labor law.
  • Experience working with a works council.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Independent, proactive, and structured way of working.
  • Flexibility and resilience to continuously drive topics forward in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient German and English skills.
