Job Description

Lightspeed is seeking a TI Business Analyst to join their Information Technology team. The analyst will play a key role in supporting the Identity and Access Management (IAM) program and assisting with the onboarding process for IT projects. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business judgment, and good access governance practices.

Role Involves:

  • Reviewing and clarifying project requests submitted by internal teams.
  • Planning onboarding meetings with stakeholders and technical leads.
  • Drafting clear project summaries (scope, exit criteria, risks, dependencies).
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation during the onboarding process.
  • Participating in the planning, design, and implementation of the IAM program.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define needs, conduct gap analysis, and establish policies/processes.
  • Contributing to the creation of workflows and documentation to strengthen security posture.
  • Generating regular reports on the progress of the IAM program (milestones, issues, resolutions).
  • Participating in team meetings and keeping deliverables up to date.
  • Maintaining tasks in internal tracking systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field (certifications like CISA, CISSP, CBAP are a plus).
  • 2-4 years of experience as a business analyst, ideally with a focus on IAM or IT project management.
  • Knowledge or experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM).
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders, auditors, and IT teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and good prioritization skills.
  • Comfortable in a Mac environment and with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Monday.com, Workday.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Autonomy, rigor, and ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, even under pressure.
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
