Job Description
Aperia Solutions, a Texas-based fintech company, is seeking an IT Helpdesk & Admin Support to maintain smooth office and IT operations in their Vietnam office. This role involves a mix of technical support and office coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and hands-on tasks.
The role involves:
- Providing Level 1 Helpdesk support (ticket resolution, patching, onboarding/offboarding).
- Performing IT asset management (tracking, setup, cable management).
- Conducting regular IT checks (meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, ACS, CCTV).
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and setup (workstations, peripherals).
- Overseeing facility maintenance (electrical systems, cleaning supervision).
- Managing office logistics (deliveries, storage organization, supplies).
- Supporting company events (setup, coordination, breakdown).
- Performing ad-hoc office tasks (e.g. vendor coordination).
Requirements:
- Basic troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, Mac OS, hardware, and office equipment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems is a plus.
- Interest in automation preferred.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
- Customer-service mindset.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Team player.
- Ideally 1+ years of experience in IT helpdesk, office operations, or facility support.
- ITIL awareness or basic IT certifications.
- Experience in an international company support.
- Good command of English.
