Job Description
Jun Group is seeking an Associate Director of Media Sales to join their collaborative sales team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital media and ad tech and possess a strong sales background. This role is based in San Diego, CA.
Responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with media agencies and brands
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and prospect database
- Break new business and grow existing partnerships with advertisers
- Work closely with the sales development team to engage prospects and generate meetings
- Collaborate with the media strategy and client services teams on campaign planning and execution
- Contribute to the company’s marketing strategies and product development
- Attend conferences and industry events
- Mentor new hires and junior team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience and a proven track record in digital media sales
- Existing list of agency relationships
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail
- Proven track record of strong performance, including breaking new business and exceeding quotas
