Job Description

Beast Industries is seeking a Freelance Subtitler to join CreatorGlobal and create Malayalam subtitles for MrBeast YouTube videos. The Subtitler will be responsible for the entire subtitling process, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness for Malayalam-speaking audiences. This role involves close collaboration with a Malayalam Language Coordinator to adapt content effectively. The ideal candidate is a native Malayalam speaker with experience in localization.Responsibilities:

• Create subtitles in Malayalam, ensuring linguistic accuracy and cultural appropriateness.
• Implement feedback from the Language Coordinator into revised subtitles.
• Meet tight deadlines while subtitling multiple projects.
• Assist in creating localized metadata for regional audiences.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with the Language Coordinator and team.
• Build familiarity with the Beast brand.

Requirements:

• Native Malayalam speaker.
• C1+ level English proficiency.
• 1-3 years of experience with subtitling, translation, or dubbing.
• Passion for Malayalam language and culture.
• Organized and adaptable to changes in project schedule.
• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
