Job Description
Kayzen is seeking a Customer Success Manager to foster long-term client relationships and contribute to company growth. The Customer Success Manager will act as a crucial link between customers and Kayzen's product and service offerings. This role involves understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring solutions align with their goals. The Customer Success Manager will also develop comprehensive account strategies focused on growth and customer success.Role involves:
- Forming a deep understanding of the client’s business & goals
- Providing DSP advisory and strategic consultation from the onboarding phase
- Maintaining detailed internal documentation of client information
- Conducting engaging and informative Quarterly Business Reviews
- Co-managing and optimizing campaigns with the Client or Trading team
- Reporting on account progress weekly / bi-weekly to internal and external stakeholders
- Setting and achieving monthly and quarterly growth and milestone targets
- Proactively identifying and addressing emerging client needs
- Working closely with the product team on enhancements based on client feedback
- Efficiently troubleshooting issues and communicating them to the product and technical teams
- Providing regular feedback to management about client needs, market & competitor intelligence
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience managing performance-driven web clients
- Hands-on experience with programmatic or digital advertising platforms
- Proven ability to build and drive processes that truly move the needle for clients
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively
- Strong analytical skills
