Job Description
Teads, a merged entity of Outbrain Inc. and Teads S.A., is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their SME performance team. This role is based in New York City and involves working closely with the Sales team to ensure client success with Teads campaigns. The Customer Success Manager will provide thought leadership on content amplification strategies and optimization, build strong client relationships, and drive performance through data analysis and problem-solving.

Role involves:
  • Planning, implementation, reporting, and optimization of campaigns.
  • Serving as the day-to-day contact for clients, helping them achieve their KPIs.
  • Developing data-driven optimization strategies.
  • Managing the daily workflow for client accounts.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of digital media, agency, or adtech experience.
  • Media buying experience and performance marketing background preferred.
  • Knowledge of 3rd party vendors and tools (DCM, impression pixels, click tags).
  • 2-3 years of client-facing account management experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in the NYC office 3 days a week.
