Job Description
Teads is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their Direct Response team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships with direct response advertisers, analyze campaign results, and deliver optimization recommendations. They will also identify and pitch upsell opportunities.This role involves:
- Managing client kickoff calls and onboarding processes.
- Reviewing and consulting on content & funnels, campaigns setup, management and optimization.
- Troubleshooting and resolving client issues.
- Monitoring campaign performance and providing data-based insights.
- Managing and growing a book of business.
The requirements for this role include:
- 1-3 years of experience in online advertising or marketing.
- Experience managing multiple clients’ campaigns.
- Analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with 3rd party digital platforms.
- Ability to work in the NYC office 3 days a week.
