ZipRecruiter is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the Search function. This role involves shaping how millions of job seekers discover their next job. The Senior Product Manager will own the end-to-end search experience for job seekers across various platforms.
Role Involves:
- Evolving the search experience using semantic search and AI.
- Creating a seamless search journey across all entry points.
- Building impactful new tools and features.
- Partnering with the SEO team to amplify visibility.
- Owning the roadmap and staying close to the details.
- Championing a culture of experimentation.
Requirements:
- Based in Eastern or Central Time.
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- 2+ years focused on Search, ML, or AI-powered products.
- Data-driven thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passion for delivering measurable impact.
- Comfortable with SQL, large data sets, and web tech basics.
- Deep understanding of ML and NLP.
