Razorpay is seeking an Associate Consultant, Business Strategy to join their team in Bangalore. This role is within the COO's office and involves generating insights, managing projects, and ensuring timely delivery to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consulting or strategy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:

• Generate insights based on data analysis for Razorpay products.
• Perform requirements gathering, analysis, and end-to-end project management.
• Develop project plans, liaise with stakeholders, and schedule resources.
• Monitor project progress and report metrics.
• Develop and maintain project documentation.
• Establish good working relationships with other Razorpay teams.
• Make project decisions and achieve tactical goals.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of work experience.
• 2 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or founder office roles.
• Ability to work in an ambiguous environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Good business acumen.
• Knowledge of SQL and Microsoft Office/Google suite is a plus.
