Job Description
Razorpay is seeking a Senior Product Manager to enhance the adoption of its consumer offerings among merchants. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with product leaders to integrate Razorpay's consumer solutions into merchant-facing products. This role involves understanding merchant products and devising innovative integration strategies.

Responsibilities:
  • Own the full product lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-launch optimization.
  • Collaborate with B2B product teams to drive consumer adoption.
  • Assist in developing and managing the product roadmap.
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on user feedback and market analysis.
  • Leverage data to make informed product decisions.
  • Communicate progress and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams for product launches and adoption.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in consumer tech or fintech.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments with products that have scaled from zero to one.
  • Data-driven with a strong understanding of product metrics and user behavior analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with engineering and design teams.
  • Customer-obsessed with the ability to translate customer insights into actionable product features.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
