Technical Program Manager (Security Operations)

Job Description

Later is seeking a Technical Program Manager to spearhead key initiatives within Technical Operations, with a strong focus on Security Operations (SecOps), Planning, and overall Practices. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and collaborative influence to drive operational excellence through enhanced security maturity, strategic planning, and streamlined execution.What the role involves:

• Establish and evolve the Security Operations discipline across engineering.
• Build processes and visibility around security posture.
• Collaborate with Security, IT, and Engineering teams.
• Map SDLC processes and recommend improvements.
• Oversee complex, cross-team technical initiatives.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in Technical Program Management, ideally in SaaS.
• Experience in Security Operations.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities.
• Solid technical understanding of software development and cloud architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud-native security tools and regulatory frameworks.
