Customer Support Specialist (Korean Speaker) at BitMEX

BitMEX, a leading global exchange for crypto derivatives, is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist users in the Asian time zone. The successful candidate will monitor various channels, address customer queries professionally, and contribute to a high standard of customer satisfaction. This role involves working closely with internal partners and requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries in a timely manner.
• Monitor the BitMEX Trollbox, Discord, Telegram, and other channels.
• Perform document checks as per standard procedures.
• Escalate inquiries when necessary.
• Work closely with various internal partners.
• Assist in contributing to FAQ/Solutions documentation.
• Constantly seek ways to improve customer service.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in English and Korean.
• Must have trading experience
• Experience resolving customer inquiries and providing basic technical support.
• Ability to compute simple calculations on financial products.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain, or trading is a plus.
• Attention to detail with excellent communication skills and patience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and discover answers quickly.
• Enjoy helping people and being patient with customers.
• Cooperative with strong team spirit.
