Sr. Associate, Marketing (Japan)

Job Description

Vimeo is seeking a talented and analytical Sr. Associate, Marketing to lead integrated marketing campaigns specifically for the Japanese market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving demand for B2B SaaS products and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Reporting to the Director of International B2B Marketing, this role will be instrumental in generating new leads and pipeline for Vimeo Enterprise and Vimeo OTT across the APAC region, with a strong focus on Japan.What this role involves:

• Leading and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored for the Japanese market.
• Contributing to paid media, SEO, and growth marketing strategies.
• Analyzing channel performance and recommending optimization opportunities.
• Developing a deep understanding of the marketing lead database.
• Collaborating with Sales and SDR teams in Japan.
• Partnering with Product Marketing for product launches and go-to-market initiatives.
• Identifying key information sources and building strategic partnerships.
• Developing and managing co-marketing activities and events with key partners.
• Planning, organizing, and executing virtual and in-person seminars and workshops.
• Identifying and evaluating key industry events and conferences for sponsorship.
• Assisting with local branding and PR initiatives.
• Supporting the localization of sales collateral and website content.
• Collaborating with customers to create compelling case studies and testimonials.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation roles.
• Proficiency in enterprise Marketing Automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience in launching and scaling solutions in new markets.
• Native or business-level proficiency in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong understanding of the Japanese market landscape.
• Passion for video technology and a keen interest in the creative and entertainment industries.
