Video Content Producer

Job Description

Remote is seeking a Video Content Producer to join their Design team. This role is responsible for telling the company's story, as well as the stories of their products and customers, through video and engaging motion graphics. The ideal candidate will blend a solid eye for design with top-notch technical and editing skills, focusing on videography and post-production to deliver high-quality, timely projects.

Role Involves:

• Conceptualizing content to attract and convert ideal customer profiles.
• Producing original, creative, and engaging story-driven content.
• Producing insightful, informative, and practical educational content.
• Writing scripts, directing shoots, animating, managing talent, and editing video and audio content.
• Exploring new video formats and channels to convert the target audience into subscribers.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable expertise in end-to-end motion design and video production.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of video production, from concept to distribution.
• Marketing experience or a passion for converting audiences into customers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to structure compelling narratives for audiovisual formats.
• Experience with After Effects expressions and automations.
• Comfort working with and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Proficiency in video and design software (After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Figma, Illustrator).
• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
