Job Description

A fast-growing EdTech company is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join their team in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. The company is committed to attracting and nurturing top educational talent and is expanding in Southeast Asia, with Malaysia as a key strategic hub.

The Recruitment Specialist will serve as a key link between the company and partner universities, engaging with students, increasing brand visibility, and attracting top-tier candidates.

Role involves:

  • Collaborating with business leaders to plan intern and fresh graduate needs.
  • Identifying and evaluating universities for high-quality candidates.
  • Building strong campus networks and partnerships with universities.
  • Communicating with students and organizing recruitment events.
  • Managing candidate databases and social media platforms.
  • Supporting the recruitment process and promoting the company's employer brand.

Requirements:

  • Currently studying or recently graduated (all majors welcome).
  • Familiarity with university environments.
  • Passion for event planning and strong communication skills.
  • Interest in recruitment, HR, or education.
  • For interns, a minimum of three consecutive months of availability is required.

Role offers:

  • Full-time salary: RM3,000.00 – RM4,000.00/month (Base Salary)
  • Internship salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,000.00/month (Base Salary)
