Degreed is seeking a Client Success Director to lead strategic relationships with its most valuable global clients. This is a high-impact, consultative role focused on enabling long-term success and connecting Degreed’s platform and services to client business objectives. The Client Success Director will serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives, building tailored success plans and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Services. This role is central to driving adoption, expansion, and transformation for large enterprise organizations investing in skills-based talent strategies.
The role involves:
Owning relationships with Degreed’s top strategic accounts.
Developing and executing data-informed success plans.
Partnering with Sales to identify expansion opportunities.
Leading executive-level engagements.
Monitoring platform usage and engagement.
Championing the voice of the customer internally.
Requirements:
Fluency in French (written and spoken).
Ability to map client goals to actionable strategies.
Experience managing and growing executive relationships.
