The Procurement Manager will drive savings and support rapid growth, ensuring the company matures its procurement function.     What this role involves:
  • Developing the procurement function and leading key projects.
  • Analyzing spending patterns to identify cost-savings opportunities.
  • Establishing and overseeing supplier selection and negotiation processes.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with Ops, Finance, HR, Legal, and Security.
    What Scale AI is looking for:
  • 7+ years of relevant end-to-end procurement experience.
  • Experience in management of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain management.
  • Ability to develop and implement procurement strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid understanding of budgeting and cost controls.
