Responsibilities:

  • Understanding Flow Traders’ core business and role requirements.
  • Managing job postings on the company website and job boards.
  • Scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate communication.
  • Supporting recruitment events.
  • Maintaining records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Handling change management around recruitment systems.
  • Managing the team’s shared inbox.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • HBO or University degree in HR or related studies.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt and work independently.
