Job Description
Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to a senior executive. This is a fully remote, full-time independent contractor position. The ideal candidate will be the "right hand" to the executive, ensuring seamless and efficient operations for the company. They will handle sensitive information, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with global team members.

Responsibilities:
  • Calendar and inbox management, travel planning, and scheduling
  • Communicate effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate templates and folders on SharePoint and other systems
  • Support with a range of administration-focused projects
  • Any other duties as required

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of senior administrative support experience in a professional environment
  • Law firm or Professional Services experience desirable
  • Fluent English (verbal and written communications)
  • Strong proficiency in MS office, particularly Excel/Word (fact/spell checking, formatting, proofreading etc.)
  • Experience of working within a remote environment
  • Excellent organizational / project management skills
  • Ability to remain poised under pressure, multitask, and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
