Job Description
Sterlington, an international law firm, is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide first-class support to a senior executive. This is a fully remote, full-time independent contractor position. The Executive Assistant will be the "right hand" to a senior executive, utilizing their understanding of the business to effectively prioritize, support ad-hoc projects, liaise with stakeholders, and help ensure goals are achieved. The ideal candidate will be able to handle sensitive information confidentially and get involved with a range of projects.
- Calendar and inbox management
- Travel planning and scheduling
- Communicating effectively with Senior Managers/Partners and clients
- Maintaining accurate templates and folders on SharePoint
- Supporting administration-focused projects
- 8+ years of senior administrative support experience
- Law firm or Professional Services experience desirable
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Experience working remotely
- Excellent organizational / project management skills
- Ability to remain poised under pressure and multitask
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
