Job Description

Turing, a fast-growing AI company based in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Program Manager to join its LLM Data Services Business Unit. The Program Manager will drive key initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of high-impact projects, focusing on enhancing data quality and availability and driving operational excellence.Role involves:

• Defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
• Developing detailed project plans and timelines.
• Coordinating internal resources and third-party vendors.
• Managing project changes and risks.
• Measuring project performance and reporting issues.
• Maintaining project documentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or related field (Master's a plus).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably in data services or machine learning.
• Strong understanding of data management principles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification (a plus).
• Experience with agile methodologies (preferred).
