Karbon, a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Market Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. The Mid-Market Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets.
The role involves:
- Leading and coaching a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Recruiting and onboarding high-performing Account Executives.
- Optimizing the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieving weekly and quarterly targets.
- Driving a culture of outbound engagement and call activity.
- Refining platform demonstration techniques.
- Providing a first-class experience to potential clients.
- Creating outreach sequences leveraging marketing content.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
Karbon requires candidates to have:
- Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of Sales Executives or BDRs/SDRs.
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
