Karbon, a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Market Sales Manager. This role involves leading a team of Sales Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will optimize the sales process, refine demonstration techniques, and provide a first-class experience to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
- Recruit and onboard high-performing Account Executives.
- Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
- Drive outbound engagement and call activity.
- Refine platform demonstration techniques.
- Provide a first-class experience to potential clients.
- Create outreach sequences leveraging marketing content.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales.
- 2+ years of experience leading a team of Sales Executives or BDRs/SDRs.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
