Job Description
Karbon, a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Market Sales Manager. This role involves leading a team of Sales Account Executives, driving sales performance, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will optimize the sales process, refine demonstration techniques, and provide a first-class experience to potential clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Recruit and onboard high-performing Account Executives.
  • Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
  • Drive outbound engagement and call activity.
  • Refine platform demonstration techniques.
  • Provide a first-class experience to potential clients.
  • Create outreach sequences leveraging marketing content.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements:
  • Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of Sales Executives or BDRs/SDRs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
