Job Description
Karbon, a global leader in practice management software, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead a team of Sales Account Executives. This role is responsible for driving sales performance and achieving revenue targets within the mid-market segment. The Sales Team Manager will play a critical role in achieving weekly and quarterly targets, as well as driving the evolution of the sales team as Karbon introduces new solutions.Responsibilities:
  • Lead and coach a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Recruit and onboard high-performing account executives.
  • Optimize the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Drive a culture of outbound engagement and call activity.
  • Refine methods for demonstrating the Karbon platform.
  • Provide a first-class experience to potential clients.
  • Create outreach sequences leveraging marketing content.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of Sales Executives or BDRs/SDRs.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
