Job Description

Karbon, a global leader in practice management software for accounting firms, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Manager to lead a team of Sales Account Executives. The Sales Manager will drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.

The role involves:

  • Leading and coaching a team of Mid-Market Account Executives.
  • Recruiting and onboarding high-performing account executives.
  • Optimizing the sales process for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Achieving weekly and quarterly targets.
  • Driving outbound engagement and call activity.
  • Demonstrating the platform to potential clients.
  • Creating outreach sequences leveraging marketing content.
  • Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Experience in consultative sales, preferably in a SaaS environment.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in sales.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team of Sales Executives or BDRs/SDRs.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
