Job Description
Podium is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to scale and optimize its marketing engine. This role reports to Revenue Operations and is responsible for building and managing the infrastructure that powers demand generation, lifecycle, and campaign execution strategies.This is a high-impact role that combines tactical execution with strategic input on how to drive growth across the funnel.
What this role involves: - Owning and optimizing the marketing automation platform (Marketo).
- Managing lead flow across the funnel.
- Building scalable program templates, email and landing page assets, and tokens.
- Monitoring and troubleshooting syncs between Marketo and Salesforce.
- Supporting campaign execution.
- Partnering with marketing and analytics teams to guide the development of dashboards and reports.
- Championing best practices for database hygiene, segmentation, and compliance.
- Identifying opportunities for automation and personalization.
- Leading or supporting Martech projects.
What the candidate should have: - 3+ years hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS marketing funnels.
- Strong experience with lead management, routing logic, scoring models, and funnel analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to operationalize complex marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Proven success working cross-functionally with Sales, SDR, and Marketing teams.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
