Job Description

Podium is seeking a Legal Operations Associate to enhance the operational efficiency of its Legal team. This role involves managing legal processes, systems, and tools, contributing to the development and maintenance of legal workflows and resources. The Legal Operations Associate will report to the General Counsel and work across the company, supporting a small legal team in various areas.

• Optimize legal workflows and build playbooks.
• Support the administration and maintenance of key legal tools.
• Assist with the review, preparation, and management of agreements.
• Coordinate with teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Procurement, Product, and Security.
• Conduct research on various legal topics and assist in drafting and maintaining internal templates, playbooks, policies, and training materials.
• Track key compliance-related obligations and deadlines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Legal team.
• Assist with ad hoc projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Law, Pre-Law, Business Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of legal operations experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment for a U.S. based company.
• Experience using Salesforce and contract management software.
• Proven ability to create, refine, and scale legal processes, policies, and systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Working knowledge of go-to-market processes, contract negotiation, and contract management.
