Event Marketing Intern

Podium is seeking a motivated Event Marketing Intern to support the planning and execution of trade shows and events. This internship offers practical experience in event marketing, covering event planning, brand promotion, and customer engagement.

The intern will work closely with the Event Marketing team, contributing to various aspects of event management and execution. This role is based in Lehi, Utah, and requires the intern to work on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and organizing trade shows and events.
• Help set up and manage the Podium booth at trade shows.
• Assist in coordinating the production of marketing collateral.
• Assist in implementing lead generation strategies.
• Assist in post-event activities, including lead nurturing.

Requirements:

• Currently a Sophomore or Junior majoring in Marketing, Event Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in the Lehi, UT office 20-25 hours/week.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Comfortable with technology and able to quickly learn and navigate new software and tools.
• Passion for Event Marketing.
