Job Description

TIER-Dott, a leading European shared micro-mobility company, is seeking a Head of Consolidation & Technical Accounting (CTA) to lead their CTA team in Amsterdam. This role involves ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of the group's financial reporting. The Head of CTA will report to the VP Group Finance and manage two direct reports, playing a key role in shaping the global reporting structure.

The role involves:

  • Leading and developing the CTA team.
  • Owning multi-currency Group consolidation.
  • Ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Managing relationships with financial institutions, auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Serving as the Group’s technical accounting lead.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for external auditors.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in Accounting and Finance.
  • Strong expertise in group consolidation and IFRS.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working across teams and managing stakeholders.
  • Proactive and hands-on attitude.
  • Fluent in English; German is a plus.
