Job Description
DeVries Global is seeking a Senior Consultant to serve as a primary day-to-day client contact in their Shanghai office. The Senior Consultant will manage the flow of work and information to the account team, maintaining a thorough understanding of the client’s business and industry. He/she will translate that knowledge into solid public relations counsel and assist in the development and implementation of strategic plans.

Role involves:
  • Serving as a key day-to-day client contact.
  • Assisting in the development and management of client budgets.
  • Proactively generating new ideas and opportunities for client program success.
  • Developing client-ready media relations materials.
  • Pitching media persuasively and making pitch recommendations.
  • Contributing to the development of strategic client plans.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 4+ years related professional experience.
  • Management experience.
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
  • Established skills in planning and crisis communication.
  • Aptitude for financial analysis.
  • Proven media skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Internet, on-line services, Media Map.
