Senior Affiliate Partner Manager

Job Description

BitMEX is seeking a Senior Affiliate Partner Manager to join their Retail Growth team. This role is based in Hong Kong and involves leading the affiliate program and supporting partner co-marketing efforts.Responsibilities:

• Recruit high-performing affiliates.
• Spearhead marketing of affiliate and channel partner programs.
• Develop affiliate and partner marketing strategies.
• Improve the Affiliate Dashboard.
• Collaborate with the Retail Sales team.
• Initiate new campaign ideas and incentives.
• Oversee day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns.
• Analyze program and campaign activity.
• Deliver affiliate marketing reports.

Requirements:

• 6+ years in a client-facing position.
• 3-4 years of experience in crypto or online financial services.
• Sales-driven with excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated and ambitious.
• Intelligent and able to strategize creatively.
• Revenue mindset.
• Charismatic with the ability to influence.
• Relentless in the pursuit of growth.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders.
• Deep crypto knowledge is a plus.
