BitMEX is seeking a Senior Affiliate Partner Manager to join their Retail Growth team. This role is based in Hong Kong and involves leading the affiliate program and supporting partner co-marketing efforts.Responsibilities:
- Recruit high-performing affiliates.
- Spearhead marketing of affiliate and channel partner programs.
- Develop affiliate and partner marketing strategies.
- Improve the Affiliate Dashboard.
- Collaborate with the Retail Sales team.
- Initiate new campaign ideas and incentives.
- Oversee day-to-day management of affiliate campaigns.

- Deliver affiliate marketing reports.
- 6+ years in a client-facing position.
- 3-4 years of experience in crypto or online financial services.
- Sales-driven with excellent communication skills.
- Highly motivated and ambitious.

- Charismatic with the ability to influence.
- Relentless in the pursuit of growth.
