Job Description
AppDirect is seeking an Order Processor to ensure accurate order data entry into internal and external systems. The Order Processor plays a crucial role in supporting internal and external customers and realizing revenue.

Responsibilities:
  • Nurturing an outstanding support journey for all stakeholders.
  • Leveraging ticketing system to log order requests and replies.
  • Verifying order packages for completeness and accuracy.
  • Submitting order packages to providers and ensuring order acceptance.
  • Communicating with AppDirect Advisors via various channels.
  • Updating internal CRM systems with current order status.
  • Maintaining compliance requirements and attending training.


Requirements:
  • 3+ years of telecommunications/technology experience (for specialized roles).
  • Technology channel sales and/or distributor experience (a plus).
  • Order Entry/Tracking/Management experience (a plus).
  • Knowledge of technology provider contract verbiage.
  • Superb customer support, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Top-level data integrity, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
