AppDirect is seeking an Order Processor to ensure accurate order data entry into internal and external systems. The Order Processor plays a crucial role in supporting internal and external customers and realizing revenue. Responsibilities:
Nurturing an outstanding support journey for all stakeholders.
Leveraging ticketing system to log order requests and replies.
Verifying order packages for completeness and accuracy.
Submitting order packages to providers and ensuring order acceptance.
Communicating with AppDirect Advisors via various channels.
Updating internal CRM systems with current order status.
Maintaining compliance requirements and attending training.
Requirements:
3+ years of telecommunications/technology experience (for specialized roles).
Technology channel sales and/or distributor experience (a plus).
Order Entry/Tracking/Management experience (a plus).
Knowledge of technology provider contract verbiage.
Superb customer support, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Top-level data integrity, organization, and analytical skills.
Extensive experience with Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Oracle, Zoho).
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
