Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a Product Manager to join its Enterprise Customer Success team in Mexico City. This role involves leveraging product management and analytics expertise to advise customers on building digital products using Amplitude’s platform. The Product Manager will support enterprise accounts across LATAM and North America, collaborating with product executives and analytics leaders to drive adoption and value realization. They will guide customers toward informed product decisions and sustained growth.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customer teams to execute strategic plans.
  • Advise senior customer executives on leveraging Amplitude analytics.
  • Conduct strategic business reviews and analytics sessions.
  • Partner with internal teams to influence product enhancements.
  • Analyze product usage patterns and suggest actionable insights.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Experience with analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.).
  • Proven success working with enterprise customers.
  • Strong track record in defining product strategies.
  • Exceptional ability to translate analytical insights.
  • Outstanding business acumen and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English.
