Job Description
Amplitude is seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Talent Operations to lead the development and optimization of their global talent infrastructure. This role will be instrumental in shaping how Amplitude attracts, hires, and onboards top talent by scaling processes, tools, and data systems. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of operations experience and deep knowledge of Greenhouse ATS, Workday HRIS, systems integrations, reporting, and AI recruiting tools.

Role involves:
  • Leading and evolving the talent operations strategy.
  • Optimizing the Greenhouse ATS.
  • Managing system integrations across Greenhouse, Workday, and other tools.
  • Evaluating and implementing AI and automation tools.
  • Building and managing talent analytics capabilities.
  • Ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Ensuring compliance with hiring-related regulations.
  • Developing documentation, training, and change management.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally on vendor selection and data governance.
  • Driving operational excellence across talent acquisition.
  • Serving as a trusted partner to TA and HR leaders.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years in Talent, HR, or Business Operations.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Greenhouse ATS and Workday HRIS.
  • Proven success in managing TA tech ecosystems and system integrations.
  • Experience implementing and scaling AI recruiting tools and workflow automation.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, or Tableau.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and change management capabilities.
  • High-growth or global company experience is strongly preferred.
